My second time at Fratelli Fresh.

The first thing we ordered was the crisp battered zucchini flowers stWxALbJ1387574554uffed with five Italian cheeses ($4.95 each). This is pretty amazing. The cheeses literally ooze out of the delicate crispy, but lightly battered zucchini flowers. The cheese isn’t too strong or too salty, the flavour balance is perfect. Yum.

Next we had the crisp polenta with mixed mushrooms and gorgonzola piccante ($18). The polenta has the consistency of mash potato inside, creamy and melt in your mouth, and it is fried on the outside, so it retains it’s square shape. It is then covered in the mush9X3D681387574610room and gogonzola piccante, the creaminess complements the polenta well. This was a very nice dish, a bit rich, but I would definitely eat it again.

Lastly was the Linguine with lemon, chilli, parsley ($18). Lovely simple dish, and well done. I like the crispy bits on the top, which give a little contrast. However I find this dish a bit dry. It is decent, however, not one of my favourites a0Gldex1387574584t Fratelli Fresh.

Still a great night out, and satisfying eating experience.
